Embodied Corporate Solutions is seeking a Contracts Administrator to oversee contracts across multiple residential construction projects in Western Australia. Based in Bellevue or Northam, you will travel to Northam two days per week, with a company vehicle or car allowance provided.

You will work closely with Project Managers and senior leadership to strengthen contract administration, reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts administration within the construction industry.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer contracts across residential projects from start to finish.
• Support project managers with coordination, scheduling and reporting.
• Coordinate approvals and service connections with local authorities.
• Maintain accurate contract, subcontractor and supplier records.
• Monitor delivery against contractual requirements, timelines and budgets.
• Review and improve contract administration processes and procedures.
