Qualifications

• Prepare and present Monthly Cost Reports

The Role & Company

You will be a Contracts Administrator with 2 - 4 years post-qualification experience working in the Australian commercial construction industry. Although not the finished article in your profession, you will have developed a strong understanding of procurement and trade letting. You will have a good knowledge of putting together a tight scope of work for major trades, will work collaboratively in a team environment and be comfortable speaking to and negotiating with your trade base. Experience working in live environments would be advantageous but the opportunity to work on mainstream commercial building projects will be enticing to you. As you progress your career, you will take on increased responsibility across preparing & presenting Monthly Cost Reports, driving project forecasting, attending and then leading PCG meetings before eventually leading Head Contract negotiations.

Qualifications & Experience

You will have amassed 2 years' post-qualification experience working as a CA having graduated from a Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or Civil Engineering

You will be easily commutable to the Lower North Shore
