Job summary

Black & Co Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join one of Australia’s premier commercial builders in Sydney. You’ll work with a high-performing project team on major Sydney commercial projects, with mentoring to advance your career.

You’ll gain exposure to procurement, contracts, variations, cost reporting, client coordination, and project delivery, supported by experienced PMs and a strong systems framework.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar.
• Experience on quality commercial construction projects.
• Solid commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good subcontractor relationships.
• Reliable references.
