Job summary

CSK Services Pty Ltd invites applications for a Contracts Administrator based at our Matraville, NSW office. You will manage contracts end-to-end and own the progress claim cycle for civil construction and piling projects with Tier 1 clients.

You will prepare and lodge monthly progress claims to head contractors and principals, assess payment claims from subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain audit-ready contract documentation to support project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in contracts administration within civil construction, piling or related trade.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, standard conditions and obligations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record-keeping.
  • Understanding of construction terminology and project delivery methods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen across variations, claims, retentions and subcontract administration.
  • Relevant qualifications in contracts management or construction management are desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients, tracking claimed vs certified vs paid and chasing shortfalls.
  • Assess subcontractor and supplier payment claims, issue payment schedules within statutory timeframes, and manage retentions, back-charges and set-offs.
  • Administer head contracts and subcontracts to ensure all parties meet their obligations, and maintain accurate, audit-ready contract documentation.
  • Price, submit and track variations and delay claims, and maintain the variation register against the contract value.
  • Manage the flow of RFIs, EOTs, notices and correspondence, and keep contractual timeframes and notice requirements on track.
  • Support project and commercial teams with cost reporting, forecasting and month-end, and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Job description

CSK Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team at our Matraville NSW office. This is a full-time, office-based role central to the commercial delivery of our civil construction and piling projects for Tier 1 clients.
