Job summary

This role is focused on downstream commercial activity- working closely with project teams to manage subcontractor claims, variations, payment cycles, and compliance across major works. What you'll be doing:

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a contract administration role within civil infrastructure or construction
• Strong understanding of downstream contract management (subcontractor-focused)
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Ability to work on-site or close to project teams and adapt to dynamic delivery environments
• Proficiency with construction software (e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, or similar)
