This position requires strong attention to detail, commercial judgement and the ability to communicate clearly with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal project teams. Responsibilities and Tasks:
Qualifications and Skills: ? Relevant qualification. ? Minimum 1 year experience as a Contracts Administrator ?
Strong knowledge of construction contract administration, procurement, progress claims and variation management. ? Ability to interpret architectural and technical documentation and translate project requirements into clear contractual scopes. ? Sound commercial, financial and risk-analysis skills, including cost tracking, forecasting and claim assessment.
? Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills with a high level of attention to detail. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 – $85,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
