Job summary

Cluey Learning is seeking a Recruitment Officer on a contract basis to support its Talent, Quality & Education team in hiring tutors across ANZ. You will conduct 1:1 interviews, screen and shortlist candidates, and extend offers while maintaining a proactive candidate pipeline.

In this hybrid role, you will optimize our TeamTailor ATS, provide recruitment analytics, and collaborate with the team to achieve targets and strengthen the employer brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong candidate engagement and pipeline management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills; ATS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of 1:1 tutor interviews.
• Advertise roles, screen and shortlist candidates, review video interviews and extend offers.
• Proactively source quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Specialist to meet targets and timelines.
• Maintain TeamTailor ATS for efficient recruitment processes and reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices and employer brand.
