Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Contract Performance Manager in Australia to champion world-class service delivery for gas turbine customers. You will bridge internal technical expertise with customer operations, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure safe, high-quality service and long-term reliability in the energy sector.

The role involves coordinating Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, and EHS teams, managing long-term and transactional contracts, and communicating strategy to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in contract management, project coordination, or service delivery.
• Experience in power generation, turbine services, or industrial asset operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus and influence in matrixed, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion Service Excellence: guide performance of Long-Term Service Agreements and contracts.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, and EHS for outages.
• Drive strategic growth by identifying GE Vernova products and services for customers.
• Navigate complexity by resolving emergent and forced outage matters with collaborative problem solving.
• Ensure project deliverables, contract administration, and financial performance against KPIs.
