Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Contract Performance Manager to champion the delivery of world‑class service for our gas turbine customers. You will be the primary link between our internal technical expertise and customers' operational success, influencing cross‑functional teams to ensure safe, high‑quality service and long‑term reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, or finance.
• Experience in contract management, project coordination, or service delivery.
• Experience in power generation, turbine services, or industrial asset operations.

Responsibilities

• Champion the performance of Long-Term Service Agreements and transactional contracts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, EHS) for outage execution.
• Manage customer relationships and communications to identify value from GE Vernova products and services.
• Facilitate resolution of emergent and forced outage matters, balancing technical, commercial, and contractual risks.
• Oversee project deliverables, contract administration, and KPI performance with transparency.
