• Facilitate resolution of emergent and forced outage matters, balancing technical, commercial, and contractual risks.
• Oversee project deliverables, contract administration, and KPI performance with transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Service Excellence: Guide the performance of Long-Term Service Agreements and transactional contracts, ensuring we deliver value that aligns with customer needs.
• Facilitate Collaboration: Act as the central point of coordination, bringing together cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Field Service, Logistics, and EHS) to deliver safe, effective, and timely outage execution.
• Drive Strategic Growth: Manage the customer relationship and communication strategy, proactively identifying GE Vernova products and services that provide tangible value to our customers.
• Navigate Complexity: Facilitate the resolution of emergent and forced outage matters, using collaborative problem‑solving to manage technical, commercial, and contractual risks.
• Ensure Stewardship: Oversee project deliverables, contract administration, and financial performance against agreed KPIs, maintaining high standards of transparency and trust.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience in contract management, project coordination, or service delivery.
• Experience in power generation, turbine services, or industrial asset operations.
• Proven ability to build consensus and influence within highly matrixed, fast‑paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
