Job summary

Beaumont People is seeking two Payroll Contractors for a 4-6 week, full-time contract focused on a Long Service Leave (LSL) audit project in NSW. You will review LSL records, validate balances, investigate variances, and complete payroll reconciliations within a busy payroll team.

Ideal candidates have strong end-to-end payroll experience, knowledge of LSL legislation, and proven data validation skills. Dayforce or Aurion experience is highly regarded for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end payroll experience required.
• Sound knowledge of Long Service Leave legislation and calculations.
• Experience with payroll audits, reconciliations or data validation.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Ability to workflow through large volumes of data accurately.
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Dayforce or Aurion experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and validating employee LSL records and balances.
