Qualifications

• This role requires significant experience in the Legal & Contract Management OTR.
• Knowledge level is comparable to a Master’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

Responsibilities

• Non-legal contract experts primarily supporting the 'Order to Remittance' phase of projects including managing commercial issues, customer and supplier relationships, claims, disputes and insurance.
• Typically a 1st line manager of professionals or a 2nd line manager of a professional department; develops depth/breadth of expertise and contributes to strategy and policy.
• Skilled influencer able to communicate complex messages, may lead small projects with moderate risks and resources.
• Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area; exercises evaluative judgment with broad guidelines.
• Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks using data analysis to support recommendations.
