Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
• Proficiency in CargoWise One (CW1) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of underbond cargo procedures and invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer requests and reply in a timely manner.
• Book and monitor container unpacking schedules.
• Invoicing as per customer requirements.
• Ensure regular cycle counts and stock-takes occur as per customer requests.
