Mars Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join the People & Culture team on a one-month contract, starting ASAP. The role provides operational support across the employee lifecycle, assisting HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR matters, documentation, reporting and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR Operations, strong Excel skills, Jira experience, and solid knowledge of Australian HR processes and privacy requirements.

Competenze

• Minimum five years' experience in People Operations, HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience supporting HR in a busy function.
• Experience preparing employment contracts and HR documents.
• Experience extracting, analysing and reconciling HR data.
• Advanced Excel skills with data reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Australian HR processes and employment legislation.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the People & Culture team and HR Business Partners.
• Manage and respond to employee HR enquiries, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.
• Prepare employment contracts, variations, letters and other HR documentation.
• Support employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.
• Extract, analyse and reconcile employee data to prepare accurate HR reports.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure documentation is completed promptly.
• Assist with HR reporting and provide insights into operational activity and recurring issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and administrative workflows.
• Escalate complex employee relations and compliance matters to the appropriate HR Business Partner.
