• Exceptional customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Strong ability to manage priorities and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight movements that align with client requirement and project timelines
• Support mine-site logistics operations while building strong relationships with client operations and purchasing teams
• Develop proactive transport solutions and work closely internal teams to ensure movements are effectively planned and executed
• Monitor performance, identify service issues and coordinator corrective actions to maintain high service levels
• Maintain accurate inventory and client records across relevant systems, including Bustle Tech and Microsoft Office
• Attend client meetings as required and provide timely, customer-focused support
