Job summary

Goldstar Transport is seeking an experienced Contract Coordinator to manage freight movements and deliver reliable logistics solutions across Western Australia. You will coordinate client requirements with project timelines and work closely with mine-site operations to build strong supplier relationships.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, customer-focused and able to prioritise competing demands with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with mine site logistics operations within WA.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Strong ability to manage priorities and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight movements that align with client requirement and project timelines
• Support mine-site logistics operations while building strong relationships with client operations and purchasing teams
• Develop proactive transport solutions and work closely with internal teams to ensure movements are effectively planned and executed
• Monitor performance, identify service issues and coordinate corrective actions to maintain high service levels
• Maintain accurate inventory and client records across relevant systems, including Bustle Tech and Microsoft Office
• Attend client meetings as required and provide timely, customer-focused support

Main responsibilities include

• Coordinate freight movements that align with clientrequirement and project timelines
• Support mine-site logistics operations while buildingstrong relationships with client operations and purchasingteams
• Develop proactive transport solutions and work closelyinternal teams to ensure movements are effectively planned andexecuted
