Continuous Improvement/Operations Lead

The Role

We\'re looking for a hands-on Continuous Improvement or Operations Leadto help improve how work gets done across a division of the organisation. This is a practical, delivery-focused role for someone who can identify improvement opportunities, bring people together, create structure where it\'s needed, and drive initiatives through to implementation.

The role will focus on improving operational effectiveness, aligning processes across teams, creating consistency in ways of working, and ensuring business initiatives deliver measurable outcomes. Working across multiple functions, you\'ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, with the Head of People & Culture acting as the key sponsor.
