Job summary

Holliers Transport Group is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to manage commercial agreements supporting interstate and local transport operations. The role ensures contractual requirements, service levels, variations, renewals and commercial records are accurately administered and communicated.

Salary ranges between $95,000 and $110,000 per year plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week. Based in Marsden Park NSW 2765, this is a full-time position offering a competitive

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in business, contract management, commerce, administration or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years relevant contract administration experience, preferably within transport, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong contract interpretation, negotiation and document-control skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract or document-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and administer customer, supplier and subcontractor contracts.
• Interpret contract terms, rates, service levels and compliance requirements.
• Maintain contract registers, executed agreements and supporting documentation.
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, expiry dates and renewal requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate contract variations, extensions and amendments.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve contractual matters.
• Verify invoices, claims and rate schedules against agreed contract terms.
• Identify contractual risks and provide regular reports to management.
