Job summary

Prosper Recruitment is seeking a Contract Administrator - Fit out for Sydney-based projects, predominantly office-based with site exposure.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Architecture and 3–5 years post-graduate experience in commercial fit-out construction, with Australian Citizenship or permanent residency preferred. The role offers exposure to Tier 1-2 contractors and a clear path for career progression in a growing business.

• 3-5 years' experience post-graduation in Construction Management or Architecture.
• Must have commercial fit out construction experience.
