Job summary

Worley is seeking Contract Administrators to join our Major Projects Team in Adelaide and Brisbane. You will support administration of construction and services contracts across the project lifecycle, working with senior Supply Chain professionals.

The role is office-based with some site visits, and requires experience in contracts administration, procurement or commercial activities in infrastructure or resources sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts administration or procurement in infrastructure or construction.
• Basic understanding of contract terms and commercial principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of services and construction contracts.
• Support senior team with performance monitoring, claims and risk management.
• Coordinate contractor performance data for project dashboards.
• Ensure contract deliverables meet safety, quality, cost and schedule.
• Maintain contract records and contract data systems.
• Prepare routine contract correspondence, notices, variations and extensions.
• Assist with progress claims through to payment certification.
• Support cost, schedule and end-of-month reporting.
• Assist with claim reviews, including milestone and value-earned assessments.
• Prepare meeting materials and capture actions.
