Job summary

BESIX Watpac in Adelaide is seeking Contracts Administrators to join the SA team on large-scale projects. You will drive safety, manage tender processes, and prepare contract documents for each trade package.

The role requires degree qualifications, experience in building construction, and the ability to work autonomously while coordinating with Project Managers. We offer competitive remuneration and long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role within the building construction industry.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive safety policies and ensure OH&S compliance.
• Tendering of subcontract packages; compile and approve tender documents.
• Prepare contract documents for each trade package.
• Assist with administration of subcontract packages including progress and variation claims.
• Participate in monthly reporting on cash flow, variations, and costs.
• Establish effective site or office-based project administration system.
