Job summary

Intro Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a Government/Infrastructure role in Queensland. You will ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled across the project lifecycle, from tender acceptance to final certification, coordinating with project teams, contractors and stakeholders.

You will apply contract management principles, monitor compliance, and manage variations/claims while maintaining clear written and verbal communication in a regulated

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration within construction, engineering or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of contract management principles.
• Experience assessing variations, claims and contract documentation.
• Ability to conduct site inspections and monitor project compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
• Sound organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within government or regulated environments will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled by all parties from tender acceptance through to final certification.
• Provide contract administration services in accordance with standards, policies and contractual provisions.
• Administer contracts fairly, consistently and in accordance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to deliver compliant outcomes.
