You’ll be working alongside highly experienced commercial professionals and delivery partners — gaining exposure to legal, procurement, and financial teams across both local and international frameworks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Administer subcontractor and supplier agreements, ensuring compliance and value
• Support the preparation of variations, payment claims, and contract correspondence
• Assist in commercial performance tracking and reporting
• Liaise with legal, procurement, and delivery teams to manage contract risk
• Maintain clear documentation and support tender evaluations as required
• Contribute to a culture of excellence in governance and delivery

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–6 years’ experience in contracts administration or commercial project support
• Background in civil infrastructure, transport, or utilities preferred
• Strong working knowledge of construction contracts
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Effective communicator able to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency with financial or project systems (e.g., Cheops, Jobpac, Excel)
