Job summary

Pensar Infrastructure is seeking a solutions-focused Contract Administrator to join our high-performing team on critical infrastructure projects. You will administer contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements, identify risks early, and support forecasting, cost control and commercial performance.

Ideally you have 2–5 years in contract administration within civil construction, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office and scheduling software skills (MS Project/Primavera P6).

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of contract administration experience in civil construction.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, construction management or related field.
• Strong time management, prioritisation and communication skills.
• Experience working with subcontractors and project delivery teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements in accordance with project and contractual requirements.
• Identify contract risks early and recommend ways to manage them.
• Act as the first contact for contract enquiries from project teams and external parties.
• Advise project teams and managers on contractual matters.
• Support project forecasting, cost control, reporting and commercial performance activities.

We’re seeking a capable and innovative Contract Administrator to join our high performing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering fit-for‑purpose critical infrastructure, supporting resilient communities and thriving industries.

What you'll be doing:

• Administer contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements in accordance with project and contractual requirements.

What you'll bring:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and a willingness to develop scheduling software skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
