Job summary

Pensar Construction Group Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a solutions-focused Contract Administrator to join our high performing team. You will administer contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements in line with project requirements and support resilient communities.

This role requires Civil Construction experience, a Bachelor’s degree and strong time management, prioritisation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in contract administration
• Civil Construction experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Construction Management or a related field
• Strong time management, prioritisation and communication skills
• Experience working with subcontractors and project delivery teams
• Willingness to develop scheduling software skills
• Experience using scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements in accordance with project and contractual requirements
• Identify contract risks early and recommend ways to manage them
• Act as the first contact for contract enquiries from project teams and external parties
• Advise project teams and managers on contractual matters
• Support project forecasting, cost control, reporting and commercial performance activities

We’re seeking a capable and innovative Contract Administrator to join our high performing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering fit-for-purpose critical infrastructure, supporting resilient communities and thriving industries.

What you'll be doing:

• Administer contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements in accordance with project and contractual requirements.
