UNS Building Group Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Contract Administrator to join our construction team in Sydney. The successful candidate will support the commercial and contractual administration of multiple construction projects.
Prepare, review and manage construction contracts and subcontract agreements.
Prepare and assess progress claims, variations and payment schedules.
Monitor project costs, budgets and contractual obligations.
Liaise with builders, subcontractors, suppliers and project managers.
Review quotations, purchase orders, invoices and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate contract records, correspondence and project documentation.
Assist with procurement and subcontractor engagement.
Identify contractual risks, delays and potential cost issues.
Ensure project documentation complies with contract requirements and company procedures.
Use systems such as Aconex and Microsoft Excel to manage project information and records.
Previous experience in contract administration within the Australian construction industry.
Understanding of construction contracts, progress claims, variations and subcontractor management.
Strong organisational and document-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience with Aconex or similar construction-management systems is preferred.
A relevant qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, business or a related field is preferred.
