Job summary

Icon Group in Australia is seeking a diligent Contract Administrator to oversee administration of construction contracts on a major health project valued at about $120m. You will work closely with project teams to ensure compliance, manage claims, variations, and risk, and help deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires at least 2 years of contract administration experience on large-scale projects, strong negotiation and stakeholder skills, and proficiency with contract systems and MS

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ contract admin experience in construction, including $70M+ projects.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, legislation, codes, and standards.
  • Skilled in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to contract processes.
  • Ideally experience on health projects.
  • Team player with solid collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in contract systems and MS Office.
  • Tertiary qualifications in construction or QS preferred.
