This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how systems and processes work and finding practical ways to make them better. You will partner with operational teams and stakeholders to deliver positive change.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or project delivery initiatives.
• Experience in disability, health, community services, or regulated industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve business processes and workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Map current and future state processes.
• Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operational and corporate teams.
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and project artefacts.
• Support change management and project delivery activities.
