This role is ideal for someone who knows how to create engaging content, capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments, and manage multiple social media platforms consistently.

You’ll spend time onsite with our team, capturing content and following our staff throughout their workday, then dedicate time to editing, scheduling and publishing content across our social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

Follow our staff onsite for a few hours to capture authentic, engaging videos, photos and behind-the-scenes content.

Film and create high-quality short-form videos, reels and social media posts.

Edit video content to create engaging, professional and platform-appropriate content.

Plan, schedule and publish content consistently across all our social media platforms.

Manage daily posting across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and any other relevant channels.

Develop content ideas that showcase our team, work, services and business.

Write engaging captions and select suitable hashtags, sounds and trends.

Maintain a content calendar and ensure posts are scheduled and published on time.

Monitor engagement, reach, views and overall performance, making improvements based on results.

Provide regular updates on content performance and growth.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

A portfolio of previous work, including links to social media accounts, videos, reels and posts you’ve personally created or managed.

Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media platforms.

Strong video filming and editing skills.

Experience using social media scheduling tools.

An understanding of social media trends, audience engagement and content strategy.

Someone organised, reliable, creative and comfortable filming people onsite.

The ability to work independently, take initiative and deliver consistent results.

Please note: Applicants must provide evidence of their previous experience. Applications without a portfolio, examples of past work or links to accounts they have managed will not be considered.

This is a part-time position to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person, depending on performance, consistency and results.
