Job summary

Curtin University is seeking a Content Designer to enhance digital journeys for prospective students. You will design, audit and improve website content to ensure clarity, accessibility and purposeful user experiences, aligned with Curtin’s Digital Experience Strategy.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams and leverage analytics to reduce friction and improve findability and conversions across Curtin’s websites.

Qualifications

• Design, audit and improve Curtin’s website content for clarity and accessibility.
• Identify friction, gaps and improve user pathways across journeys.
• Balance user needs with Curtin’s tone of voice and governance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and write UX content across Curtin’s website to aid task completion.
• Conduct user research and journey mapping with analytics tools to identify improvements.
• Improve content structure, findability and navigation cues for better decision making.
• Collaborate with SMEs, UI/UX designers, developers and marketers across teams.
• Maintain content standards, governance and consistency in the CMS.
