CatholicCare NT in Darwin is seeking a supervisor to provide supervision to a pool of casual Contact Centre Supervisors in the facilitation of changeovers and supervised visits. The role focuses on the physical and emotional wellbeing of all clients, especially children using the service.

You will bring a relevant qualification, strong interpersonal skills, report writing, cultural competency, and an ability to solve problems in complex family dynamics to support positive long-term outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• A qualification and experience relevant to the duties of the role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including report writing and case note writing.
• Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly with Indigenous people.
• Understanding of child development and the possible impact of parental separation.
• Ability to problem solve effectively and work with family dynamics.
