Job summary

CatholicCare NT is seeking a Supervisor for the Contact Centre Services in Darwin. The role supervises casual Contact Centre Supervisors in the facilitation of changeovers and supervised visits, focusing on the wellbeing of children and families affected by separation.

Salary sits at SCHADS Award Grade 4 ($93,209 + super) with relocation assistance up to $3,000, and benefits including annual leave, salary packaging, and staff discounts. Employment is contingent on checks.

Qualifications

• A qualification and experience relevant to the duties of the role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including report writing and case note writing.
• Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people.
• Understanding of child development and the possible impact of parental separation.
• Ability to problem solve effectively and work with family dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a pool of casual Contact Centre Supervisors during changeovers and supervised visits.
• Prioritise the physical and emotional wellbeing of all clients, particularly children.
