CatholicCare NT Wadeye is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a small, dedicated team delivering Children and Parenting, Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselling, and Men's Behaviour Change programs. You will mentor staff, apply professional expertise, and support direct client services to strengthen family and community outcomes.

The role requires living in Wadeye, a large Indigenous community, with opportunities to engage with Aboriginal families while building capacity and resilience in the local

Formación

• Relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology or Men's Family Violence (or related field).
• Minimum five years' experience in relevant practice and team leadership.
• Demonstrated specialist knowledge in Children and Parenting, Alcohol and Other Drugs and/or Men's Behaviour Change.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including reporting and supervision.
• Cultural competency with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a small, dedicated team and manage delivery of support in Wadeye, focusing on Children and Parenting, AOD Counselling, and Men's Behaviour Change programs.
• Lead and mentor staff, applying professional knowledge and support for direct client services.
