Quantium, a global data science and AI leader, seeks an Engineering Lead to anchor client engagements, shape problems, and guide engineering teams. You will drive delivery, coach engineers, and uphold technical quality while operating across fast-cycle sprints and multiple client contexts.

In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, translate complex tech into business terms, and set the standard for consulting engineering excellence.

Qualifications

Consulting engineering background with client-facing experience.
Strong full-stack and/or AI engineering skills.
Experience guiding engineers across multiple engagements.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts for senior non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

Own engineering delivery across client engagements, from scoping to execution and outcome measurement.
Represent the engineering perspective with senior client stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Coach and develop engineers across different engagements.
Set the standard for engineering quality and architectural trade-offs under time/scope pressure.
Lead fast-cycle delivery across short sprint engagements with multiple contexts.
