What we’re looking for

You’ll bring previous Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or strong supervisory experience in hospitality, along with the confidence to take charge of a shift.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Experience leading teams in busy pubs, clubs, bars, restaurants or comparable hospitality environments.
  • Current NSW RSA, plus current RCG for roles involving gaming operations.
  • Strong shift management skills and the ability to prioritise when several things need your attention.
  • A practical understanding of liquor compliance, safe venue operations and responsible gambling practices where relevant.
  • Great communication skills and a friendly, professional approach to guests, colleagues and management.
  • Confidence managing complaints, resolving conflict and making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Experience with POS systems, cash handling and end‑of‑shift reporting.
  • A reliable, proactive attitude and a willingness to get involved in the day‑to‑day operation.

Gaming, TAB/Keno, rostering, stock control and functions experience will be valued for relevant opportunities. Additional qualifications, including ARCG or First Aid, may be required or highly regarded depending on the venue.

Roster flexibility is essential

These opportunities involve rotating rosters, so you’ll need to be available for weekends, evening and night shifts, including late finishes, and public holidays. Exact roster requirements will vary between venues and will be discussed with you throughout the process.

Let’s find the right fit

With multiple clients recruiting, we’ll take the time to understand your background, preferred locations, salary expectations and what matters to you in your next role. You might be an established Duty Manager looking for a fresh environment, or an experienced supervisor ready to take the next step. Either way, we’d love to hear what you can bring!
