Your civil construction experience will help you understand projects, workflows and challenges, ensuring customers get maximum value from Civillo.

This role collaborates with Sales, Product and Development and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with hybrid work in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Civil construction experience is essential.
• Strong customer success, training or account management background.
• Experience with SaaS platforms or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing value.
• Run onboarding, training sessions and product demos.
• Troubleshoot issues with practical, on-site knowledge.
• Build long-term customer loyalty and value.
• Represent Civillo at meetings and industry events.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Development teams.
• Translate customer feedback into product insights.
