As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing on-site operations, coordinating teams, and maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating construction crews and subcontractors on civil construction sites to ensure efficient project delivery


• Monitoring progress against project schedules and budgets, reporting regularly to project management


• Conducting daily site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets specifications and contractual requirements


• Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel


• Managing site logistics, including equipment, materials, and resource allocation


• Communicating with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide project updates


• Documenting site activities, incidents, and progress through detailed record-keeping and daily reports


• Training and mentoring crew members to develop their skills and promote best practices on site
