Plantation Homes, part of the Henley Properties Group, is seeking experienced Construction Supervisors to oversee multiple new home builds across the Gold Coast region. This fast-paced role focuses on scheduling, coordination with trades and suppliers, and maintaining safety standards on site.

• Supervise multiple new home builds, in a fast paced environment.
• Dedicated scheduling support to prioritise the delivery of what you need, when you need it.
• Spend less time on the road with all your jobs in small geographic zones.

• Strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring seamless operations.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience supervising multiple new home builds / sites simultaneously.
• You boast a solid trade background - preferably in Carpentry.
• You hold a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license.
• You possess a current, clean driver's license.
• You're a safety champion. Ensuring a safe worksite for all employees and subcontractors.
• You're a strong communicator with the ability to build trust with all stakeholders, including team members, customers, and trades.
