Job summary

Lendlease WA is seeking multiple Site Supervisors to oversee on-site construction activities on projects in Perth, Western Australia. You will supervise day-to-day operations, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising construction activities.
• Strong safety systems understanding and compliance requirements.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor site operations effectively.
• Knowledge of quality standards and contract specifications.
• Leadership skills to manage and develop site teams.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities in Perth.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor site operations while complying with safety and environmental requirements.
• Supervise and mentor site teams and apprentices; support performance reviews and training.
