Job summary

Lendlease NSW is currently seeking multiple Site Supervisors to drive the delivery of long‑term projects across Sydney. You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities, and help develop short-term programs, monitor project costs, and oversee QA and EHS requirements.

The ideal candidate has a trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction, 5+ years on-site experience, and strong WHS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a construction or site-based role.
• Strong understanding of WHS regulations and site safety practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with construction management software (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily site activities and subcontractor management.
• Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Supporting the implementation of project plans, schedules, and site documentation.
• Conducting site inspections and report progress to senior supervisors.
• Helping resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow.
• Maintaining accurate records of site activities and materials.
