Job summary

Lendlease NSW is seeking multiple Site Supervisors to drive delivery of long-term projects across NSW, including Sydney CBD and outskirts. You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety and quality, and help develop short-term programs while tracking costs and QA/EHS compliance.

Ideally, you hold a Trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction, with 5+ years on-site experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction.
• 5+ years of experience in a construction or site-based role.
• Strong WHS knowledge and site safety practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with construction management software (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily site activities and subcontractor management.
• Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Supporting the implementation of project plans, schedules, and site documentation.
• Conducting site inspections and reporting progress to senior supervisors.
• Helping resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow.
• Maintaining accurate records of site activities and materials.
