Job summary

Infinity Group Australia is seeking a Construction Delivery Team Leader to guide a 9-person Construction Administration team, coordinating pre-, during and post-construction workflows from our NSW offices. You will manage investor communications, resolve issues with builders, and drive process improvements for a superior client experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder management, and a strong understanding of residential construction processes, with on-site duties and a WFH option

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in construction administration, property administration, project coordination or a similar role.
• Previous leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor and develop a team.
• Experience chairing or leading regular meetings with builders, developers or external project partners, including setting agendas and driving actions to completion.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes from settlement through to completion.
• Experience overseeing compliance, documentation and operational processes across residential builds from pre-construction through to completion.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience improving processes, driving team performance and managing competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of 9 Construction Administrators across onshore and offshore functions.
• Oversee daily team operations, allocation and workflow efficiency.
• Take ownership of unresolved developer issues with clear resolutions.
• Senior escalation point for client and stakeholder inquiries.
• Partner with builders, developers, property managers and internal teams.
• Review and approve builder documentation before distribution to clients.
• Support progress payments, insurance, practical completion and updates.
• Identify process improvements to enhance investor experience.
• Identify risks and maintain relationships for smooth projects.
