Job summary

Infinity Group Australia is seeking an experienced Construction Delivery Team Leader to guide a team of 9 Construction Administrators across onshore and offshore functions, driving accountability, collaboration and process improvements throughout the property build journey.

This not a construction site role and not a builder. It is a full-time, hybrid position based in Norwest, NSW, with a salary of 110,000–135,000 AUD plus superannuation, reflecting experience and market norms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in construction administration, property administration, project coordination or a similar role.
• Leadership experience with coaching and developing a team.
• Experience chairing or leading meetings with builders or external partners.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes from settlement to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of 9 Construction Administrators across onshore and offshore functions.
• Oversee daily team operations, workload management and quality standards across pre-, during and post-construction phases.
• Resolve developer issues directly with the developer or builder until documented resolution.
• Act as senior escalation point for client and stakeholder inquiries with clear communication.
• Collaborate with builders, developers, property managers and internal teams to keep clients informed.
