Job summary

Brix Projects is seeking a Sales Representative/Account Manager with a strong customer service focus reporting to the Managing Director for an immediate start date. The role develops and converts leads, meets clients face to face, and grows the business by exploring new markets while promoting the company brand through tender submissions and EOIs.

You will manage the sales pipeline, build lasting client relationships and report progress to the Director.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar sales role.
• Construction background essential.
• Proven lead generation and deal-closing experience.
• Ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads; progress them through the sales pipeline.
• Attend face-to-face client meetings and Tender submissions.
• Prepare EOIs and tender proposals.
• Maintain CRM data and generate monthly activity reports.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Work with Director and teams to meet sales targets.
