You will drive delivery from commencement to completion, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate stakeholders to meet contractual and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management within construction.
• Experience delivering multi-million dollar projects.
• Strong leadership and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Define goals and deliverables with clients and management.
• Plan, schedule and monitor timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Engage and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead site supervisors and project teams to success.
• Ensure compliance with WHS and quality standards.
• Prepare progress claims, purchase orders and reports.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers on scope and changes.
