Job summary

DCOH, a Victoria-based construction firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site execution from award to handover. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards across commercial projects.

Key requirements include a Building & Construction Management qualification and proven delivery of commercial projects, with strong coordination of subcontractors and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Building & Construction Management or related field.
Experience delivering commercial construction projects as a Project Manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of construction projects to programme, budget and contract requirements.
Oversee day-to-day execution with Site Managers and project teams.
Monitor progress, address delays and risks proactively.
Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality requirements are met on site.
Procure trade packages and manage subcontractor engagement.
Review subcontractor claims and variations with Contracts Administrator.
Maintain relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers.
Track programme, budgets and procurement efficiencies.
