Job summary

Monarch Personnel is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of Essential Services projects in Victoria. You will prepare cost estimates, plan and track progress, manage delivery from start to finish, and coordinate with clients, contractors and suppliers to ensure high quality outcomes.

The role is full-time, based in the office with site visits, Monday to Friday, and requires strong communication, time management, and knowledge of project management or estimating software.

Qualifications

• Experience in project estimation or administration - understanding of technical drawings and requests
• Experience with managing of projects or jobs within the construction industry
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Good computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office products
• Understanding and prior experience with either estimating or project management software

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will work across the process from beginning to end being involved in the preparation of cost estimates and then managing the project through its delivery to completion.
• The sucessful candidate will work with clients, contractors, suppliers and other staff to ensure the delivery of high quality projects for the Essential Services business.
