Job summary

Bedrock Workforce is sourcing Project Managers across civil, commercial and residential construction to join permanent roles in Sydney and NSW. You will own projects end to end, manage programmes and budgets, and oversee subcontractors and approvals. The role suits those with strong delivery experience and a solid WHS framework.

Expect exposure to high-value projects, regular client liaison, and clear career progression within supportive teams that value people and a long-term pipeline of work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil, commercial or residential construction.
• Track record delivering projects within relevant sector value ranges.
• Strong commercial skills: budgets, cost control, variations and contract administration (AS2124 / AS4000 / HIA / MBA contracts as relevant).
• Solid understanding of WHS legislation, NCC/Australian Standards and authority approvals.
• Tertiary construction qualification; White Card and driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects end to end from award through handover.
• Developing programmes, budgets, cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Managing variations, EOTs, progress claims and contract administration.
• Leading site teams and ensuring WHS, quality and environmental compliance.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and stakeholders; reporting and site meetings.
