Job summary

Sccsinternational is seeking a capable construction planner to operate across the national footprint of the employer’s utilities business, concentrating on the tender phase of major projects. The role involves developing and defending programmes using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, while coordinating with pre-contract and delivery teams on planning analysis, reports, and detailed schedules.

The successful candidate will implement robust planning controls, ensuring time and cost alignment

Qualifications

• Experience in construction programming for capital projects.
• Ability to develop and defend programme baselines for tenders.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, monitor and report on deliverables and milestones.
• Develop tender phase programmes for major project pursuits.
• Collaborate with pre-contract and delivery teams on planning analysis, status reports and design and construction schedules.
• Implement project planning and monitoring processes with focus on time, cost, resources and quality.
• Produce basis of schedule documentation for tender submissions.
