You will manage parts enquiries, quotations, orders, and inventory while driving sales opportunities and maintaining high service levels.

Formación

• Experience in customer service, parts sales, inventory, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
• Safety-focused with ability to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support for parts enquiries, orders, quotations, and deliveries.
• Build strong customer relationships with loyal customers in the construction equipment industry.
• Source, quote, invoice, and distribute parts accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations when required.
• Champion workplace safety through WHS initiatives and maintaining a clean, organised work environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive timely and reliable service.
• Provide general branch administration and operational support.
